C&J Well Services provides wellsite services in California to oil and natural gas production companies, with a focus on well servicing, well abandonment services, and water logistics with a constant focus on maintaining the highest reliability standards and safety record. Our services include rig-based and coiled tubing-based well maintenance and workover services, recompletion services, fluid management services, fishing and rental services, and other ancillary oilfield services. Additionally, we perform plugging and abandonment services on wells at the end of their productive life.

Company Leadership
Jack Renshaw
President, C&J Well Services, LLC
Mr. Jack Renshaw serves as President, C&J Well Services, LLC since its acquisition by Berry Corporation (bry) from Basic Energy in October of 2021. Prior to that, Mr. Renshaw served as Basic’s Senior Vice President – Western Region in March 2020 with the acquisition of C&J Well Services, Inc. Previously, he served as NexTier’s Senior Vice President – Well Services starting in October 2019 after their merger with C&J Energy Services, Inc. (“C&J”). He previously served as President of C&J’s Well Support Services division, a position he held since August 2017. He first joined C&J in March 2015 as Senior Vice President, Operations for the Well Support Services Northwest region when C&J combined with the completion and production services business of Nabors Industries Ltd.
Mr. Renshaw has more than 30 years of industry experience, dealing with all aspects of well support services. He first joined Pool Well Services, which was subsequently acquired by Nabors and then C&J, in 1988. Since then, he has held numerous operational and management positions of increasing responsibility.
